Excellent User Experience & Customer Service

I like that they are really responsive to feedback from their clients which helps them develop better products faster than if it were just one developer working alone! It's hard for me as user of MagniTek devices because sometimes we're not notified about updates when new versions come out (and you'd think this would be fairly easy) but luckily every now and then there will still always turn up somewhere! But overall great experience so far with Magnetic North - best product development team around :) Product management/marketing-friendly support serviceMagnetic north has been instrumental towards our success by helping us launch two very successful crowdfunding campaigns within short periods. The fact the customer relationship manager knows exactly what she / he needs during development phase makes life easier both for developers at MN and customers who just need to get projects going quickly without hassle or risk involved.
