Review on Immerse in Pure Sound: AUSOUNDS AU-XT Hybrid ANC Bluetooth Headphones - Over-Ear, aptX HD, Deep Bass, 30-Hour Playtime by Brian Nelson

These are my first noise canceling headphones. When I first got the headphones I thought there would be full noise cancellation, but unfortunately that's not the case. You can hear if someone is talking to you or your daughter as they run out of your room. However, it blocks out most of the annoying background noises such as heating/air conditioning, computer fans and other outside noises. Having no experience with other noise-cancelling headphones, I assume the Ausounds AU-XT meets the standards. This doesn't give me complete silence, but is a nice improvement over the default environment. In addition, noise reduction can be activated without turning on the device. Another important thing I noticed is that the sound quality gets better when you turn on the noise cancellation. So the quality is better when noise reduction is on, and the drop in quality is noticeable when noise reduction is off. Overall I am happy with these headphones.
