I bought this camera kit a little over 6 months ago and from the start I had problems with the nvr network crashing with my cable modem for no reason. I contacted tech support and tried back and forth several times to figure it out, problems but in the end they couldn't figure it out. There must have been a bug in the software as it ended up working for several months until one of my cameras stopped working completely. I am contacting technical support again. They emailed me with troubleshooting instructions which I followed although I install cameras and security systems for life but I know the protocol so I did it. I sent several emails after this last email and got no response from them as if they just scammed me. Now I'm stuck with a 6 month old defective product and they don't want to be held responsible. for their cheap products. I don't recommend this if you're looking to buy a long-term system.
