The product is beautiful, the smoke cascades as shown in the picture. very nice. What is not very pleasant is that the smell of burning incense smells like fire with burning garbage. this terrible order lasts for quite a long time. I had to burn Indian incense to get rid of the smell of the fire. also a very sticky stubborn residue where the incense sits and it stinks too. I used alcohol to remove it. The air has to be still during the firing, which means I had to turn off the ceiling fans and close the windows. I'll do a little research to see if there are any quality downflow cones out there.
