Described item includes 100 incense cones. I didn't get a single cone at all. Update: I returned an item that didn't have the cones and Revain sent me a new one with the cones. Happy with the product. I will order another one.

The only reason I give it three stars is because it never got the full waterfall effect. I've tried this several times in different places (checked if airflow was the problem) and it never worked. But still very nice.

Smoke did not flow down the waterfall as described. I returned the purchase with no problems so they supported their product and offered to send another one but I decided to return the money because I didn't see anything changing with the new one.

The smell was just very strong from the fire. Even my friend came and said that my house smells of fire. Half the time it won't flow even if it's standing still and there's no airflow. A "gift box" is just a shoe box. You get 100 cones because they burn out in 5 minutes. Just not happy with it I sent it back.

I like all but one. I just want the flavors to be separated. But overall I am very impressed with this purchase, it came in very nice packaging, in fact I could have left the box. Thanks for a great product. Also, make sure you read the directions, especially where it says it's best to use it in a windless room for the best results.

So this product is very interesting for me because it really works. However, be careful with the buyer. The one cone he uses is made specifically for the product; So I'm worried about getting a replacement. The included cones work; but doesn't really give off much flavor. Because the front of the product is open, airflow in the room also plays an important role in the product's effectiveness. It's amazing how easily a breeze blows to disturb the fountain.

The product is beautiful, the smoke cascades as shown in the picture. very nice. What is not very pleasant is that the smell of burning incense smells like fire with burning garbage. this terrible order lasts for quite a long time. I had to burn Indian incense to get rid of the smell of the fire. also a very sticky stubborn residue where the incense sits and it stinks too. I used alcohol to remove it. The air has to be still during the firing, which means I had to turn off the ceiling fans and…

The Waterfall Incense Burner is a great addition to my home. I enjoy the different flavors that came with the burner. I think lavender might be my favorite. When we first used it the smoke didn't curl up like a waterfall and I was a bit disappointed. However, I found that we had the ceiling fan on and the smoke escaped instead of going down the falls. We also realized that the burners should be positioned just above the small opening at the top so they can roll down. I wish the smoke tentacles…

The general appearance of the incense stick was cool but really big for the size the incense thimble uses. I thought the incense needed to be bigger to allow the vapor to flow properly, but now looking back the hole in the jar is too small for the bigger incense. Sizes can be 10 inches high and 3 1/2 inches wide. I didn't understand what the unit's hold is because it's just empty. Maybe the creator thought you could store extra incense here, but the problem is you have to keep your incense…
