I had a C6/C7 spinal fusion a few years ago and everything was fine. I slept on my stomach and had to relearn how to sleep on my back. Recently I've been suffering from shoulder pain and numbness in my arms while sleeping, which is waking me up. It got so painful that I did a little research online and came across this pillow. I've slept on it for the last few nights and I love it instantly! I had no shoulder pain or numbness in my arms. My neck also feels good. worth your money. I wanted to find a pillowcase that would match my bedding, but that's not necessary. The pillow comes with a zipped pillowcase (the white one you see in the photos) so it can be removed and washed. I don't care if it doesn't match my bedding. I highly recommend it.
