Changed design, no connector provided
Please note that the design of the 5th stage FT15 filter has changed, it would have meant to be an L shape plug SUITABLE FOR NEW DESIGN (like the picture that was in the box) but there was no plug which resulted in the replacement causing pain in the neck. Because we had to rearrange the entire structure to figure out the best way to connect without a connector, the other connector broke. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I bought the same set last year, the new set looks different and is cheaply made.
- Updated FT15 post-charcoal filters have a reliable quick-release connection that allows you to quickly replace the filter. If you have trouble installing the filters please refer to the user manual or contact us
