Review on School Uniform Skater Pleated Skirts Girls' Clothing and Skirts & Skorts by Sirryan Bloodworth

I bought this skirt for my very average 10 year old daughter. I bought a size 10-11 and it fits her almost perfectly, there is room to grow. The shape of the skirt is very flattering and looks very pretty. This is a tight skirt and not thin at all. I think this skirt suits kids/adults who are not good with clothes. My daughter is an anime/manga fan and loves her looks. I have the pink plaid and the black one and they are both very good. The pink plaid is not garish but rather muted which makes it very cute. She can wear black as a uniform skirt (when we go back to class in the fall). The skirt is expensive, but not thin. The shorts underneath are pretty thin and not tight, but they seem to do the job. We do not tumble dry the skirt and it dries fairly quickly due to the poly blend. My daughter accidentally put it in the dryer and now needs ironing, so I recommend just laying it out to dry after washing. If you are looking for a pleated skirt, I highly recommend this one! UPDATE: My kid wears these skirts regularly and they hold up really well. They show practically no signs of wear. All seams hold up well. The shorts underneath are good but a bit thin. They are loose on a thin person, so the owner still has to watch how they sit if they don't want their underwear to be seen! I still highly recommend these skirts. I just saw pleated skirts at Target for the same price and thought how much better they are. As for washing, I know my daughter puts them in the dryer, but when I wash them I don't put them out. dry just in case, which will extend the life of the skirt. However, they have been dried countless times and still look great.
