If you need to connect with people outside your organization then it's great!! As an Executive Search Firm we can find potential employees faster compared to hiring agencies as well it reduces overhead costs so overall better choice! I liked the fact it was easy to use, very accurate in its predictions. It also helped me track my progress throughout the year. The reporting feature is great! Not much. Maybe more options for customization would be nice. However, this isn't something that's worth complaining about too much because they are always making improvements over time so no worries there either. This software really did help us get more appointments booked each month than we had last month.
