Looking for a small backpack when I'm on the road and need to take more than my ID with me. I read the reviews, some had problems with the zipper, but most still liked it and I really liked the look so I decided to give it a try. I thought it was fantastic. I had a bit of an issue with the zipper but only when both sides are open and I'm in a hurry does the zipper get stuck every now and then, but if you just take your time and take your time the zippers are smooth and won't snag. I get lots of compliments on it and my youngest told me it looks like it was made by a designer. I really like the zippers, I think they give the bag a designer look. I highly recommend this bag. Very very happy.
