not for high arches
These shoes are incredibly comfortable and also very cute and beautiful. However, I made a conscious choice to wear shoes with straps because I have a high arch and will easily step out of any shoe that doesn't have a strap down the middle. The strap here is very soft and flexible, making it comfortable, but it doesn't really keep my foot in the shoe. Unfortunately, I also get out of these shoes and the friction between getting in and out has caused blisters on my feet (and a risk of tripping!) over time.
