I bought the MBP 16 the first day it was put up for sale. At that time there was no phantom fall, but there was Mosiso (sp?). This product was terrible - too thick. A ghost case was later made available. I've had a lot of success using Ghostcover on my MBP 15". While others complained about the feel of the keyboard, I was fortunately ignorant of any issues. So I had very high hopes for the MBP 16 version. Unfortunately, a 15th -inch MBP added the same amount of extra travel and sound deadening as a 16-inch MBP. But while this makes the keyboard great overall on the 15-inch MBP, it detracts too much from the feel of the 16-inch MBP's keyboard. The haptic of the MBP 16" keyboard is much better without this case. With the case it is too soft. Since the haptic of the keyboard is a very subjective quality, I still give 5 stars because the quality of the product is very good.
