Super comfortable set! I am 5’10 and 140 pounds and I bought a medium. I wish I bought a large only because I would have preferred the pants a little bigger. I would say if you want the pants more form fitting buy your normal size and if you want the pants a little bagger for more comfort then buy a size larger. Perfect outfit to wear while flying, or even traveling in a car. I wore mine on a 15 hour road trip and it was very comfy, but like I stayed just wish I ordered a size bigger for more comfort. The only downfall is that it took almost a month after ordering for me to get my item. Even when the delivery date said I would get it next day. So that kinda sucks. Only reason I haven’t ordered a bigger size.
