I have a Sonicare Flex Care toothbrush and I really like the concept of this product. After reading all the reviews, it became clear that the seller (Triple Brush) had serious quality control issues. Many people complained that the brush head was too loose (or became too fast) and didn't fit snugly into the Sonicare toothbrush handle. However, I was impressed that the seller responded to several one star reviews, acknowledging the problem and assuring that it will be fixed. So I took a chance and placed an order. Big mistake. The three brushes I received were not too loose; Actually the problem was different - the hole that fit the Sonicare's grip was too SMALL to fit the Sonicare's grip snugly. There was a large gap between the Sonicare handle and the base of the nozzle (about 1/8 inch). So when I turned on the toothbrush, the three-bristled head buzzed like an angry swarm of bees and vibrated violently. .I emailed the seller at support@triplebristle.com but got no response so I arranged a return through Revain. Angry as the product was sent direct to Triple Brush I have to pay the postage for the return pay for this defective item. Tip: If you want to roll the dice (and based on reviews and my experience you will roll the dice) to see if this product will work with your Sonicare toothbrush, be sure to only buy it when it's sold and shipped by Revain . That way Revain will at least pay for the postage in case you need to send it back. What a total disappointment!
