My baby is 7 months old and tall (90th percentile weight, 96th percentile height) and I previously bought her a medium transitional diaper which she outgrew a month ago so I decided to give her one great buy from them. It's big enough for my 6 year old son to fit in! However, I don't think it's dangerous for her, so I had her and she was fine. The zipper seems to work well as long as it doesn't get caught in the strips of fabric, and it's so well hidden underneath that I had a hard time finding it when I was half asleep changing a diaper in the middle of the night. The size is very small but the quality is decent and the girl can wear it until she is 5 years old.
