Not Impressed: Poor Quality Balloons
Based on my experience these party decorations were a letdown. While the color scheme was nice, the balloons felt cheap and didn't hold air well.It took way too much effort to get the garland to look somewhat presentable. The only positive was that it arrived on time for the party. Save yourself the trouble and find a different option..
