Love It is an innovative meatball maker

It was difficult to find a video of it and even Google didn't have much information about this particular meatball maker. And I don't know why it is. But this tool is a game changer in making meatballs. I absolutely HATE shaping meat into patties, even though I can. I really can't understand why anyone would give less than 5 stars. I'm very glad I found this tool and can't remember where I saw it and I'm glad Revain is selling it. Walmart sold these but when I asked for them they were sold out. ebay has a lot more. Either way, the surface you use matters when you're making meatballs, as does the texture of your meat. Here's what I found out, but I've only had this Magic Meatball Maker for a few days. The meat should be of a consistency that you can roll into patties with your hands. Just in case it doesn't make sense for you if it's too wet and you can't intelligently hand roll the meat into meatballs, you can't use this magic meatball maker to make your meatballs. Why? Because it will be too sticky and the meat won't come out of the meatball. Imagine trying to roll up sticky toffee. You can not. This should make your meat less sticky or soggy.2. If your meat is too fluffy (not sticky or moist enough), you won't be able to use the Magic Meatball Maker to form meatballs. So if you're having trouble rolling the meat into a ball because it's not moist enough, you can't use the meatball maker to make meatballs.3. The meat should be of a consistency that is easy to roll out with your hands - not too wet, not too dry. See No. 1 or No. 2.4. The surface on which the meat is to be placed should NOT be abrasive but should be smooth, preferably a countertop or large cutting board with a very smooth surface. Some cutting boards are somewhat abrasive. This won't work as the meat will stick to the surface making the meatballs very difficult to cook. A very smooth and clean table top works best as the surface will not move when you move the Magic Meatball Maker. If you're using a smooth cutting board (like I did the first time), you'll need one hand to hold the cutting board in place while the other hand makes small circles with the Magic Meatball. Do not place the meat sheet to be prepared on plastic wrap, wax paper, parchment paper, aluminum foil, etc., all of these things will tear when you move the Magic Meatball Maker to form the meatballs. And if you want an even easier exit, apply a wafer-thin layer of oil to the surface before placing the meat on top. This will help you avoid putting as much effort into forming the meatballs when you do. It would be nice if this tool came with some instructions but I won't be shooting stars for this because I absolutely LOVE this tool and I am writing these instructions here. Making meatballs will be so easy now.6. If you want bigger meatballs, make the sheet THICKER. If you want smaller patties, make a sheet of TONKE.7. You can use a rolling pin to roll out the meat, but you can also do it by hand or another rectangular flat surface. However, remember that if the sheet of meat is unevenly thick, you will end up with different sized meatballs. I made it by hand and when I first used it I had quite a few different sized meatballs, although initially it seemed like the sheet of meat was flat.8. To avoid wasting the meat mixture, try to make sure all the meat is included in the squares. If you have an excess you can place them in squares that may not have enough meat (just remove the meatball mold and flatten the meat for that square, then place it right on top of the meat - you'll see the lines) 9. . You don't have to make 16 meatballs at once, but that's the maximum number of meatballs you can make in one meatball at a time.10. I've been trying to make protein balls with this Magic Meatball Maker and with the recipes I had for 2 different types, the dough of one was too wet and sticky and the dough of the other was too sticky to flatten (dry) squares stay. Fruit). It would require a lot more power, which I hadn't intended. I ended up pressing the batter from both into silicone molds and refrigerating instead.11. There may be several types of dough that you can use the Magic Meatball Maker with to make balls, but I haven't found the right recipe to do it with, but you probably could with the dough. I just don't know which types yet. Will update my review when I find out.12. Finally, if you follow all of my tips for the texture of your meat, it took me less than a minute to make meatballs with the Magic Meatball Maker. You want to hold the meatball with a force similar to that of a bear claw and make small circular motions in one direction. What happens is the meat shifts and hits different sides of the squares (something like slowed down centrifugal force). Doing this several times, pushing in the same direction in a circular motion, will eventually form a ball. I hope this has been helpful to those purchasing this tool. Update: 06/16/2021. it was easy. It took longer to clean up than to cook the meatballs. What I did differently this time was roll out the meat sheet. I used an adjustable thickness ring rolling pin. This allowed me to get the sheet to an exact thickness instead of pressing it by hand. I bought a metal rolling pin and it worked fine. This helps to lightly oil the pen, but I made almost 9 batches so I only sprayed the first batch. Rolling out the meat to an even thickness makes it really easy to roll out the meatballs. I didn't even oil the tabletop. And I probably only made 5-8 circles with the Magic Meatball Maker before forming them into meatballs and it didn't take much effort. I used to manually press the meat against the countertop to shape the sheet. The rolling pin was of great importance. I bought a metal rolling pin with adjustable thickness rings. It turned out to be a lot better than my wooden rolling pins. I still LOVE this magic meatball!
