It's very helpful for my client management because it has all of their information in one place which makes communication much easier! I also love that you can get notifications when someone replies or changes something about your account so there are no surprises at check-in time!! The only thing i dislike would be if they could make more features available as an upgrade instead making people pay yearly just like other services out here do (like Slack).

We had been using multiple different programs but never really found what we were looking for until this program came along. This helps us keep track everything from applicants through hiring process up till final checks into accounts/payroll etc..
