Review on ZenduWork by David Monaco

I like how well it integrates with my accounting system via ODBC or OLE DB connection which is very nice for me since i don't have an in house database team that can handle this type of integration work. Also having real time data allows us as dispatch managers/drivers be better prepare our crews before they even leave home (which improves morale). It's not super intuitive so sometimes you need someone who knows what its doing. There are some features we would love but at least thats coming soon! So far there hasn't been any issues using zenduwork other than training staff about their new product. Fleet Management has had many problems when trying different software programs over years ago however ZenDUWorhks out almost flawlessly once your trained up properly. I like that it is intuitive and easy for customers to use. It has helped us streamline our dispatch process by allowing me to see what drivers are available at any given time. We have not found anything we dislike about this software so far. If you need an efficient way to manage your dispatcher's duties, then look no further than Zendu Work! The ability to quickly access driver information has been very helpful in getting work done efficiently.
