Review on 👉 Nordic Ware ProForm Bundt Pan, 12-Cup Capacity, Sleek Gray Finish by Terry West

This is my first bundt pan. It's a keeper! When I saw Nordic Ware and Bundt skillets marry on American TV, I really wanted it. This one is strong but moderately light and works well as a "non-stick coating" as long as it's greased and dusted with flour. I like grips for an easy reverse flip. The only problem with this particular model is 12 CUP! Which doesn't help when preparing the dough. I first used an online Italian cake recipe for a "19cm * 8cm pan". and you can see the cake is a little miniature. However, my next project with this pan will be to try the Lemon Cream Pie recipe that also came with the pan!
