Extremely light.

Extremely light. cake sticks. Doesn't transfer heat properly. Very disappointed that Nordic will be selling this under their name.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Don't buy this one. Pay a few bucks and buy a good aluminum cast.

We were very disappointed when we received this. We thought it would be cast aluminum like the classic version. But it turns out it's just weakly stamped metal. Don't buy this one. Pay a few dollars more and get cast aluminum.

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Turns out perfect!: Kitchen & Dining

I made a pumpkin pie and it turned out PERFECT. I melted some butter and greased the pan before putting the batter in it. After the cake came out of the oven I let it cool for about 10 minutes and inverted it onto a plate, it came out so easy! So glad I bought this, my old frying pan kept getting stuck (Nordic Ware too, red ones), now I don't have to be ashamed to bring a cake!

Pros
  • Same as everything else
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Melted handle for first use

The pan is very thin. I baked the cake in a 325 degree oven and the handle actually melted. I sent a message to Nordicware with photos and they sent back a reply saying it would take FOUR WEEKS to get an answer to the problem. UPDATE: A few days later I received a message from Nordicware that they would send me a replacement frying pan. I still wouldn't recommend this particular pan but I'm happy with the customer service department. I have another pan from Nordicware which is very good I would

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Best Large, flexible, strong yet lightweight bundt pan

This is my first bundt pan. It's a keeper! When I saw Nordic Ware and Bundt skillets marry on American TV, I really wanted it. This one is strong but moderately light and works well as a "non-stick coating" as long as it's greased and dusted with flour. I like grips for an easy reverse flip. The only problem with this particular model is 12 CUP! Which doesn't help when preparing the dough. I first used an online Italian cake recipe for a "19cm * 8cm pan". and you can see the cake is a little…

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Clarity

The thinnest pan I don't know how "professional " class

First of all this is my second pan because the stupid people who packaged the first one put it in a clear one bag, which in itself was awkward, and then the handles, which were the only part of this pan, bent in transit. That's because the pan is thin. I have no idea why this cookware was called Nordic Professional Cookware which is supposedly a well known brand as it is too flimsy. I have now received my replacement skillet which was sent in a protective box and arrived in order. To be honest…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Something's wrong
