Melted handle for first use
The pan is very thin. I baked the cake in a 325 degree oven and the handle actually melted. I sent a message to Nordicware with photos and they sent back a reply saying it would take FOUR WEEKS to get an answer to the problem. UPDATE: A few days later I received a message from Nordicware that they would send me a replacement frying pan. I still wouldn't recommend this particular pan but I'm happy with the customer service department. I have another pan from Nordicware which is very good I would say spend the extra money and get a nice pan.
