It's SUPER cute, great detail.
This belt/garter skirt is SUPER cute and great value. I noticed that some of the cuffs weren't sewn on very well and the seams came undone in the wash. I've sewn it back on and now washed it in a zipped garment bag and never noticed the elastic come loose. I might really consider buying a new one soon.
