Have you ever bought a house, waited several months to pick up a mysterious board covering the original wood under the kitchen sink, found a huge amount of mold under the board, removed that board, found something strange a mix of leaves and insulation underneath and then realized it was a horror movie standard mouse nest that had been there for many, many years (along with the droppings and skeletons of the mouse's ancestors)? No? Well we have. And when we removed that horror story and replaced the board, we wanted to put something nice and waterproof on top. It does the trick, looks good, and doesn't have a mouse.
