Solid car for a toddler. The hardest part of the assembly is to stick all the stickers bubble-free. The front wheels are locked so steering is just a matter of sitting back and aiming elsewhere. The horn makes a low engine noise rather than a horn. My son loves this. I would say the wheels suck. They're technically rubber, but any day of the week they'll pass as plastic. And they are LOUD. There's also very little ground clearance, if you leave the pavement at all. I replaced them with new axles and larger wheels. Not easy, but changed the world.
