Not too short or too long.
My measurements are 34B, waist 28", height 5'3", weight 120 lbs. I ordered Wednesday. It fits well but I think a smaller would be better. I can go up to 3". Pulling material from the back.It hangs very well and covers the butt well to wear leggings underneath.Not too long and not too short.Just too loose for me.In fact the medium fits exactly as you see on the model see on the picture.
