HP PHOTOSMART 7525 . So at first I didn't read the instruction manual, I just threw it away and got an error on two cartridges - yellow, black. If you get an error, you should pull the cartridge out and pull the valve back, which I think makes it a little tighter on the cartridge holder. After that he fixed the error on the yellow cartridge but the error stayed on the black cartridge. I ended up having to use the extra black ink cartridge that came with the box and that fixed the issue allowing me to troubleshoot and print a test page. Very happy with color and black ink. See photo. Really do not distinguish HP cartridges from this company!
