The customer service is amazing. They are always willing to help you out with any question you might have. I have always been satisfied with the customer service I have recieved from Coastal. I like the easy access from my cell phone. The software is easy to learn and use. The customer service is great. I wish there was more software for the POS system. Make sure you get the right software for you and your business. I am solving problems with the POS system. I am able to easily access the system from anywhere and even with a cell phone.
