Overall good experience using coastals products

The customer service is amazing. They are always willing to help you out with any question you might have. I have always been satisfied with the customer service I have recieved from Coastal. I like the easy access from my cell phone. The software is easy to learn and use. The customer service is great. I wish there was more software for the POS system. Make sure you get the right software for you and your business. I am solving problems with the POS system. I am able to easily access the…

Excellent Employee Performance Tracking Software

I like that this software is easy to use with all of my employees being able at one time in order keep track off our daily sales as well give us reports about what we are doing wrong or right each month! This program has been very helpful when it comes down giving me monthly information regarding how much money was made during certain months throughout last year along w/ weekly updates from current week's performance too help improve if needed!! Nothing really bad but maybe some minor changes…

  • It helps make sure everything gets done properly, even though i'm busy myself its nice for others around here knowing they have someone looking out fo them also helping their job run smoother!!! Plus gives you more tips where ever possible :)

Excellent Customer Service And Product

All of my employees are very friendly and helpful. They have been great to work with. I love that they can help you get set up quickly and easily. We were using another POS system but it was not working well for our business. The customer service at Coastal has been incredible. They have helped us find a solution that works for us. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchase and their product. It is hard to find something that I don't like about…
