Works perfectly!

I use them for work from home and they are perfect. I work in IT support for a national retail chain, corporate events and stores. I can answer my Avaya desk phone from my computer and this is perfect for that. No one has ever had trouble hearing and understanding me and I can understand them perfectly. It tells you in your ear when the computer is connected/disconnected and the talk time. It says 6 hours fully charged but I doubt it. After a 1 hour Microsoft Teams meeting and 4 hours of work just talking to a few end users, that tells me 3 hours of conversation when I come back from lunch. So it consumes 3 hours of talk time out of maybe an hour and a half of actual talk time. That being said, if I have a few meetings or other long calls, I charge it during lunch and it refills at that hour. I've never turned it off during a 9 hour shift. Range is good walking from home to garage (about 100ft), it doesn't turn off until about 60ft even through the wall and aluminum paneling, it reconnects at about the same distance. The device is light and convenient, sometimes I forget to take it off for lunch or after the shift. One weird thing is that it's REALLY loud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. I need to turn the volume down to 8% on my PC, I would turn it down, but the mouse wheel or volume click isn't sensitive enough. I highly recommend it, it's worth every penny. It's a lot better than talking through your PC's microphone and speakers, or a full-blown headset you'd use to play. Plantronics has been around since the 60's and I've used their products since the 90's, they are as professional and high quality as can be.
