Although my monitor on my laptop is 15 inches and Windows allows me to "click" and see two things side by side, it's not the same as having another window to view. I will say that one side is USB-C and the other side is USB. I have NOT tried this but am wondering if you can use the phone charger plug in the clamp.* You can adjust the brightness. I personally like my low monitors, so adjusting the brightness is crucial for me.* Feel free to share it with others. There are several sets of magnets in the box that you can attach to other devices, so you're not tied to just using the monitor on one computer. Ideal for people like me who have multiple cars. a free USB port on your laptop as you will need it to power the monitor. This isn't really a disadvantage as every monitor requires power, but if you don't have enough space it might.* The magnets aren't strong enough to hold the monitor. Mine slips a bit when I'm working with the laptop on my lap rather than on a desk. All in all, this is a great purchase. I would definitely recommend someone to buy it.
