Excellent fit and finish and much cheaper than a Harley. The odd shaped nuts supplied are spacer nuts and correct. If you put a washer on one of the bolts and then thread it into the hex nut and tighten the bolt while the nut is in the hole in the frame, it will compress and lock in the hole. Tighten until firmly seated in hole. Then remove the screw and install as with the top screws. Very easy.
