I like that it's very easy to use, you can get notifications for any changes in your subscription or billing cycle. It also has great customer support if needed. The only thing is that sometimes they don't update their website with new information so you have to go through multiple pages before finding what you are looking for. Make sure you know how to navigate their site well because some things aren't obvious at first glance. We've been using this tool since 2013 but we didn't realize until recently that our credit card was charged twice! This happened when there were no updates about our account but still showed as pending payment.
