Bad company - I don't use it. I ordered 2 packs of cartridges for Epson WF 845 - these are 2x (2B, 1Y, 1C, 1M) or 10 cartridges. Of the 7 cartridges I tried, 2 failed. So I contacted the company with this information. Two weeks later no response. Special Note: One of these cartridges was correctly labeled but electronically incorrect - instead of 4 and 5 pins it had 2 and 5 (I have a photo of this which I have provided to the company); the other had the correct number of wires but could not be accepted by the printer. However, the cartridges were well packaged.
