I'm 6'1" and wear shoes, my weight is between 355 and 360 lbs, I have a fluffy build, I have large shoulders and long arms, this shirt seems a bit to me being tall i think guys around 6ft3 or 6in tall 5280-320 lbs This shirt fits better. I always buy the large version because if you wash your clothes sometimes or most of the time, they shrink a bit. This shirt is better than other brands, so I recommend this product For men with big shoulders and long arms, for tall thin men from 6'2-6'5, around 200 pounds or 220 years old, will the 3XL version or the 4XL version will probably fit, it all depends on your dress style, and thanks again to the Revain Essentials Men's Big & Tall department for this great product, I would buy this product :) thanks for that.
