This is my second review as I didn't know what to add to my original review. My first review was 100% positive. This retro radio looks fantastic. It is so small but has clear and powerful sounds. The Bluetooth works perfectly. I like it! However, after a few months the charging cable stopped charging - no matter how hard I tried, rendering the radio unusable. I then contacted the company through Revain.com. WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know nobody here knows me, but I'm not the type of person to write reviews. Even less than the second reviews! Amazing service I received from Raven at Auretec who resolved my issue via email and already fixed the issue within a few days. Actually, I was expecting a new cable. But I have a brand new radio! In this world of impersonal service, often dealing with an automated machine and a less than compassionate salesperson, my hat 🎩 goes to you Raven and Auretec for doing the right thing and exceeding my expectations. Trust me, it's not often that I'm in awe of customer service, but this time I am! Again I would recommend this excellent radio as I know the company will support you if you run into any issues. 👍🏻
