This little kit came so much in handy in the hospital after birth. I cannot stress enough how useful this kit is. The cooling ice pads are super useful and basically saved my intimate area from lots of pain and brought me comfort. The cooling ice pads don't need to be kept in the freezer. You just fold them snap something and get cold instantly. The cooling witch hazel foam is comforting. The soothing pad wipe thing is very soothing. It all really helped me after being swollen from stitches down there and swollen. When your whole body hurts after birth, this kit is comforting and the most pampering thing you can get yourself or someone else. The disposable underwear also are awesome! They are very comfortable even so than adult diapers or anything else. My only regret was not getting the Peri bottle that comes with it. The Peri bottle would have really come in handy. Get this for yourself or a baby shower. It's a life saver!
