A decent chair at best. Terrible customer service.
Not worth $200. If I could exchange my purchase for a Secretlab chair, I would. The structure was fine. It took about 30 minutes and wasn't difficult at all. My only concern was the amount of hard plastic. I have a broken arm and a broken funnel running around the main pole. Leopard Outdoor sent me a replacement armrest, but the screw holes were a different size and didn't match the chair. You didn't mess with the other part. 1 week later I still haven't heard from them on the matter. Sticking to this chair is annoying due to the fabric and the armrests move too easily with pressure. Save your money because if something arrives damaged don't expect help.
