Update**After my verification, I immediately received a message from the owner and he offered to replace the product or refund the money. I wasn't expecting this and appreciate a company that goes the extra mile when it's not necessary. We will definitely try this company and their products again. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra. We bought it for our trip. Although easy to carry and operate, the remote only worked within about 10 to 15 feet of the camera, making long-distance photography difficult. The hinge for the phone would often come loose causing the phone to fall in various ways. when we got home broke the plastic phone mount at the screw making it completely unusable. If used at home with minimal travel, it's fine.
