This product is not worth the money. On the first day I added a few songs to the device and tried playing the songs from the phone, all the songs sound like a playable record. These songs played perfectly on my phone before I added them to my storage device. The next day I tried again to add more songs and an error message appeared as shown in the image above. I tried removing the SD card to fix the problem and I'm still having problems. waste of money.
