A must tool if looking forward for effective monitoring and management
It's very useful for tracking all our services, whether they be internal or third party. The interface is easy to navigate when compared with other similar applications available out there in the market. I have not encountered any issues while using it so far. As per my knowledge this has been working fine since many years now. All-in-one integrated view solution across different departments within your organization. This can help you keep track of things like service contracts that were signed up by various vendors as well!
Pros
- Easy accessability via mobile device.Easy navigation through tabs etc.Can maintain multiple Service Orders at once alongwith their statuses which makes monitoring easier from anywhere !!!
