Review on 🔌 Metra 70-7550 Wiring Harness: Perfect Fit for 1990-2005 Nissan & Infiniti Models by Joseph Hall

Purchased for aftermarket fitment on a 2003 Nissan Xterra SE 4X4 that had a factory Rockford Fosgate premium grille with subwoofer. I installed a Pioneer dual din head unit so my son can use his ipod and iphone. This dinnerware set was perfect for the job. I noticed that this car has a factory amp behind the original head unit. During installation, be sure to connect the black ground wires from this aftermarket wire harness to the new head unit wire harness together, rather than attaching the black ground wire to the vehicle chassis as instructed. Since the amp is already grounded, you can tie the black grounds together. I didn't connect the orange wires from this harness to anything because I didn't want to connect them to the car's main wiring harness just so the new head unit would dim when you dim the console interior lights. Match everything else in color to color and you're golden.
