This cap started off great as a replacement for a cheaper hat that was having problems with the seams coming loose and the Velcro not fully attached. Velcro and seams were perfect. I was very satisfied, that is, until I wore it in light rain it got wet but not wet. I kept wearing it and it dried out due to the sun and summer weather. Within a few days the cap turned brown or tan in spots. It was a green OD military hat. The more I wore it, the worse it got. Moisture, sweat, or rain would fade the hat, and the sun would make it worse. After a few months, the hat turned brownish-brown rather than green. I am very happy with the Condor brand, I should have paid more attention to other reviews saying the same thing. I still wear it but it's not what I wanted or expected.
