I like that it has all of my customer information in one place so there are no more phone calls or emails back & forth with customers when updating their info! It's also easy for me as well since we have our own website where people can go directly into this system if they need any assistance at anytime during business hours (we're open Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm CST). Nothing really but maybe some things could be added such us being able solve issues faster instead having them call/email you? We use SPATIALPOINT primarily because its very convenient from both sides; Customer Service Representatives AND Customers themselves don't feel overwhelmed by needing multiple forms filled out nor do i get flooded w emailing questions about accounts etc which helps keep up morale among employees who deal regularly witth clients!!
