I like how easy it was for our customers to use once they saw us in action! It's so simple that even non techies can figure out how to navigate their way around without getting confused. The system has helped us keep track of all leads we have from different websites and social media platforms. We also utilize this software at times when clients are calling or emailing us about services or products. I like that it has all of my customer information in one place so there are no more phone calls or emails back & forth with customers when updating their info! It's also easy for me as well since we have our own website where people can go directly into this system if they need any assistance at anytime during business hours (we're open Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm CST). I like that it can be used by anyone in any location without having access to expensive software or hardware for data collection purposes. It's easy enough so even those with little tech experience could use this product effectively!
