I've recently purchased complete triathlon wetsuits from Roka and Synergy, but personally I prefer separate Synergy pants and Synergy tops. Below are the reasons I prefer the Synergy.1 top and pant combo. The Synergy top and pants are much cheaper2. Much more comfortable shape for swimming3. Super easy to put on and take off 4. Simply rinse in the shower and hang on a shower rod to dry overnight. Excellent buoyancy in swimming6. I don't need any help to compress or lower top7. Feels warmer than mention of full wetsuits. If you want to urinate in an emergency, you should do so in a wet room. Extra Tips: Use a pair of compression pants (rashguard) and a long-sleeved shirt to get your top and pants on and off in seconds. I also recommend Synergy. Neoprene cap makes a big difference when swimming in cold water. Use floating earplugs to avoid an ear infection or earache. I also use a snorkel mask for swimming. Hope that helps.
