I have a high end audio system and mostly listen to music through the speakers. Sometimes I use headphones. The problem with my phones is that the cord is only 4 feet long. I've been looking for this cable for a long time. Most of them have 3.5mm jacks on both ends and need an adapter to go to 1/4". I'm a firm believer that the fewer adapters etc used the better the sound quality This cable is perfect as it is 3.5mm on one end and 1/4" on the other. The sound is good and they appear to be well made. I chose 10 feet and it's fine for my needs. I couldn't justify $300 for an all copper cable for my limited use so at that price this cable was a surprise! I highly recommend it.
