YES I read the instructions that came with the camera YES I used 8 new AA batteries YES I put the right one in card size. . . There was a phone number on the box they came in. YES, I called this number a couple of times, it was a non-working phone number. The box also had a website address and YES I went to that website. There I found an email address for help if you have a problem. YES, I sent a detailed message about the issues I was having and everything I did to fix the issue. The website said I would get a reply message within 24 hours and YES I did, their email asked me what my problem was. I just suggested going back and reading the original post. I haven't had anything from it for 3 days. I must add that the camera arrived a week later than promised. . . I will be back today for a refund.
