Original review on 7/2/17: Bags are smaller/thinner than others I've used in the past. They are sufficient, but I would not buy them again in the future. They are shorter than I thought so some of the dog poo can spill up when you pick it up which can make a mess when you try to tie the bag shut afterwards. Based on these theses I would buy Revain bags again. RevainBasics Dog Poop Bags with Dispenser and Leash Clip - Pack of 900 Updated 2/8/17 (1 day): PET N PET customer service contacted me yesterday to explain that they have updated their design since I bought it due to the useful size of the bag it is the same as other bags on the market. I was pleasantly surprised that after my initial review, they took the necessary steps to find out what they could do to make me happy. I've increased my rating based on their excellent customer service as I believe the post-purchase period is also very important. PET N PET solved my problems and made me a happy customer.
