It was expected to join the lineup of products that do nothing to soften the brassy hue I see about the second week after coloring my hair. Application as directed except using a plastic cap, then wrapped in a towel. Leave it on for 20 minutes as I also used a face mask. Nice picture. I washed it and was delighted to find fabulously soft blonde white hair. I have ordered two more.
